Now that summer is about to end, Knysna looks forward to the annual 2016 Pick ‘n Pay Oyster Festival from 1 -10 July. We have some wonderfully appointed luxury self-catering accommodation, especially on Thesen Islands which is located close to the heart of all the Festival activities.

Just 60kms from George and it’s regional airport, Knysna is surrounded by indigenous forests and fronted by one of the most beautiful estuaries in the country.
Knysna is also host to a variety of festivals and activities year round from mountain bikes races such as the Knysna 200 and Garden Route 300 and you can also enjoy coastal fishing, sea-kayaking and whale watching.
