Downstairs lounge with TV, and kitchenette with bar fridge. Bedroom with 2 x single beds, lagoon views and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower conversion. Second bedroom with king size bed, lagoon views and sliding doors to grass area outside. Ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. Walled garden and ample parking area for cars. The house also has one additional bedroom room which is suitable for one child (house can sleep 7 if required)
